Subscriptions
- •Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
- •You can cancel anytime via your account settings (or by emailing hello@ask-jesus.live).
- •Cancellation stops future renewals. Your subscription features remain active until the end of the current billing period.
- •Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, except where required by law or in cases of billing error or fraud.
Top-up Credits (One-Time Purchases)
- •Top-up credits are delivered digitally and added to your account immediately after successful payment.
- •Top-up purchases are generally non-refundable once delivered, except where required by law or in cases of billing error or fraud.
- •Top-up credits do not expire.
Billing Issues and Disputes
If you believe you were charged in error (duplicate charge, charged after cancellation, or fraud), contact hello@ask-jesus.live and we will work to resolve the issue before you file a dispute with your bank.
